Big Fat Greek Wedding: Part I - Bride & Groom's Homes
A few weeks ago I went to Cyprus to shoot my cousin's wedding. It was an amazing wedding and I was incredibly pleased to be able to document Nick & Anna's wedding as I adore them both to bits!
Lindsey (a great friend & photographer who assisted me for the wedding) & I started the day at Anna's home for some preparation shots. We then went to Nick's home for the traditional violin & bouzouki playing whilst the groom was shaved by his uncles, dressed (shirt, tie, jacket) by his best man & then blessed & wished good luck with incense & the passing around the waist of a red cloth three times. We then went back to Anna's home where pretty much the same thing happens (except for the shaving part obviously!)
